Dear Colleagues,



We would like to remind you of the conference STATPHYS 26 to be held in
Lyon, France,

from July 18th to July 22th, 2016. This is the latest in the series of
STATPHYS conferences;

the largest and most comprehensive conferences in Statistical Physics,
covering all aspects of

statistical mechanics across many fields and disciplines.



We are anticipating a very exciting conference, with outstanding
presentations of the latest

scientific developments from leaders and emerging scientists, across a
broad range of

interdisciplinary topics in both plenary and focused sessions.



The conference will take place in a lively atmosphere, in a magnificent
venue, close to the

beautiful Parc de la tête d’Or. You will also be able to enjoy the
extensive social program, the

innumerable restaurants for all tastes (wallets…) and even clear your head
during a morning

run or the Wednesday afternoon football tournament! See the web site.



The organizing committee is in a position to provide full or partial
financial support for a

limited number of participants, with priority given to those from
developing countries. The

deadline for application is Jan. 31 2016.
