<p>Con el objetivo de fortalecer el impacto de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación en la construcción y aplicación de políticas públicas, el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la Nación, a través de la Subsecretaría de Coordinación Institucional, creó el programa ImpaCT.AR. Tiene como objeto promover proyectos de investigación y desarrollo orientados a apoyar a organismos públicos ─en todos sus niveles─ a encontrar soluciones a desafíos de interés público, que requieran de conocimiento científico o desarrollo tecnológico para su resolución, y así, generar un impacto positivo en el desarrollo local, regional y nacional.</p>
<p>Así, se busca fortalecer e impulsar el rol de la articulación y su impacto en la resolución de desafíos que requieran ciencia y tecnología por parte de organismos del Estado, para contribuir a la planificación del desarrollo local, regional o nacional.</p>

<p><strong>Presentación de proyectos de los/las científicos/as del CONICET</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">La presentación de los proyectos se realiza a través del sistema TAD, por lo que los avales del CONICET se tramitan de acuerdo a las pautas que aquí se establecen:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Actúan como firmantes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">– Directores/as de CCT, para investigadoras/es con lugar de trabajo en las UE que administra o en sus zonas de influencia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">– Directores/as de UE de provincias donde no existe un CCT, para investigadores/as con lugar de trabajo en la propia UE o de la zona de influencia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">– Directores/as de UE del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, para investigadoras/es con lugar de trabajo en las mismas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">– Dirección de Convenios y Proyectos, para investigadoras/es del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires con lugar de trabajo por fuera de Unidades Ejecutoras. El procedimiento para el aval y presentación de los proyectos es el siguiente:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">1.El/la investigador/a responsable del proyecto debe enviar al firmante, por correo electrónico (a la dirección que el firmante establezca), el formulario de presentación en formato PDF, completo y firmado. Su firma puede ser ológrafa (imprimir formulario, firma manuscrita y escanear) o inserta con Acrobat Reader. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">2.Una vez recibido el formulario (completo y firmado por el investigador responsable), el firmante debe insertar su firma utilizando el programa Acrobat Reader o GDE.</span></p>
