[Inscriptos-giambiagi-b] Eighth J. J. Giambiagi Winter School part b: 3rd announcement

Dear participant,
We have a few subjects to inform about:
1)	FOR THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED FINANCIAL SUPPORT: we request you send
us a confirmation of your attendance to the school and acceptance of
the conditions of the fellowship to process the reservations as soon
as possible (deadline:  Jun 20th). If you are not sure to be able to
come, please, let us know what it depends on. It is very important for
us to be able to redistribute the existing financial support.
2)	FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ASKED FOR PRESENTING A TALK (IN REGISTRATION
FORM): unfortunately there will not be enough time to present talks
during the School. For that reason, we ´d want to invite you to
present a poster about your work. If you think that the abstract you
sent with the registration form is not appropriated, please send us a
new one (giambiagib at gmail.com). We will appreciate if you inform us
your decision as soon as possible.
3)	FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ASKED FOR PRESENTING A POSTER: the posters will
have to be in English, preferably. The panels for the posters are of
1m width x 1.20m height.
4)	The mailing list inscriptos-giambiagi-b was not working last week.
