Estos días hemos difundido lo que sucede en las
universidades nacionales. Las autoridades de la
Universidad de Buenos Aires declararon la
emergencia presupuestaria -en un contexto de
inflación interanual del 276% y sin
actualización de los valores desde 2023-. El
presupuesto asignado, incluyendo la
actualización parcial anunciada por el Estado
Nacional en el mes de marzo, constituye un
recorte en términos reales del 80%, es decir que
por cada 10 pesos con los que contaba nuestra
Universidad en marzo de 2023, hoy tiene 2. <br>

que no podamos asegurar la continuidad de

de los autores, dice: Este es un
problema del yin y el yang de la
atmósfera, porque hay orden en el
desorden, y desorden en el orden. La
explicación clásica es que en la
atmósfera las estructuras más grandes
generan estructuras más chicas. La
teoría permitiría que ocurra un proceso
opuesto: que estructuras más pequeñas se
ordenen y generen estructuras más
grandes. Pero nunca se había observado
este proceso teórico en situaciones que
sean realistas en atmósferas
planetarias. Lo que hacemos en este
trabajo es mostrar que este proceso
también ocurre, así que el orden y el
desorden se alimentan entre sí. </div>
