We hope you are as excited as we are- our conference is just around the
corner, and it is really happening. Now a friendly reminder: the deadline
for abstract submission is SEPTEMBER 10th 2024. Acceptance of presentations
will be announced on SEPTEMBER 20th 2024. For more information see the

Also, the call for Symposia is open. Please notice that the deadline for
submissions is SEPTEMBER 10th 2024.

Guidelines for symposia:


   -

   Each symposium must include a maximum of 4 speakers. Please consider
   gender balance when preparing the program.
   -

   The allocated time slot for each symposium is two hours.
   -

   The symposium organizer can also participate as a speaker.
   -

   The organizer must contact the proposed speakers and obtain their
   acceptance before sending the proposal to the Organizing Committee.


Proposals for symposia must include:

   -

   Name, affiliation, and e-mail of the organizer.
   -

   Symposium title and summary explaining its main focus.
   -

   A brief CV of each speaker, or a link to their CVs.
   -

   Title and summary of each talk.


Please send your proposal to ddays.lac.2024 en gmail.com , including
“DDAYSLAC2024 Symposium Proposal” in the subject. Confirmation of reception
will be sent by email. The Organizing Committee will select the proposals
and will announce the results of the selected symposia by SEPTEMBER 20th
2024.

You do not need to submit the symposia abstracts through the system until
we let you know.
