Dear Colleague:

This message is to announce  that the deadline for abstracts submission
to FMC2004 has been extended to March 31st.

The workshop 'At the Frontiers of Condensed Matter II', FCM2004, is a
follow up of the V LAW3M (Bariloche, 2001) and it is the second in the
series 'At the Frontiers of Condensed Matter' initiated in December 2002
in Buenos Aires. It will be hosted by the Comisión Nacional de Energía
Atómica of Argentina and it is organized thanks to an initiative of Saul
Oseroff and with partial support of the National Science Foundation.

On-line registration, on-line  abstract submission, and constantly
updated information is available from the meeting web site:
