First Bulletin
June 2008
This is the First Bulletin of the VII SILAFAE (Latin American
Symposium of High Energy Physics) and of the IX Argentinian Symposium
of Particles and Fields, which will be held together in Bariloche,
Argentina, from 14 to 21 January 2009.

where you will find the program of invited lectures and an online
registration form.

If you want to present a talk please indicate its title. In case you
want to present a poster please indicate so, too.

Information regarding the hotels that will offer a discount to the
participants will appear in september.

A registration fee of US 100 will cover the lunches and coffee breaks.
Some accomodation on campus will be available in double rooms, mostly
for young participants. Limited help on travel allowances will be
available from CLAF and (hopefully) ICTP for Latin American
colleagues. As the available funding is scarce, we very strongly
encourage you to provide your own funding. The deadline to request
accomodation on campus and travel support is 30 september 2008.
