*Your proposals/applications for ICAM supported Science, Engagement and
Education (SEE) Grants are requested.  *

*ICAM announces the availability of $20,000 for Science, Engagement and
Education (SEE) grants. These funds will be made available for two or three
SEE grants to be funded in the Fall of 2012. *

* *

*ICAM is looking for SEE projects that will enhance the understanding of
emergent phenomenon and the origins of complex behavior; and encourage
science engagement between the research community (especially graduate
students) and schools, museums, and the public at large.*

* *

*Any ICAM node across the globe is eligible to apply for an ICAM SEE
grant.  Applications for an ICAM SEE grant should be emailed by the
deadline of October 1, 2012 to icamadmin en ucdavis.edu .   The application
should not be more than three pages in length, and should contain a
description of the motivation for the project, its goals and budget –
including any matching funds the project will be receiving. *

*Successful projects will be selected by Nov 1, 2012 after application
review by the ICAM SEE selection committee.  Committee members are:*
