An introduction to random matrices

Random matrices are important probabilistic models which have found
numerous applications and connexions outside probability. In this
course, we will present the first key results on these models. We will
focus on introducing the variety of tools and ideas which have been
developped to study random matrices. We will discuss some applications
in statistics.
