*Tal como ustedes saben, durante los últimos 18 años L’Oréal incentiva el
empoderamiento de la mujer en el ámbito científico a través del programa
L'Oréal-UNESCO, Por las mujeres en la Ciencia. Sin embargo, la actual
situación indica que aún hay mucho por hacer ya que sólo el 30 % de las
mujeres en la ciencia ocupan puestos jerárquicos. Por tal motivo, este año
se lanzó a nivel mundial el MANIFESTO:  una campaña para impulsar el
compromiso de la comunidad científica y el público en acelerar el proceso
de inclusión de las mujeres en la ciencia. *
