Dear colleague,

I would kindly ask you to bring this announcement of a PhD opprtunity to
the attention of students with suitable interests and skills.

A 3-year long PhD studentship, to work in the field of theoretical
astroparticle physics (dark matter searches) under the direct supervision
of Pasquale Serpico, in Annecy (France):

The PhD is embedded in a French CNRS collaboration with the Univ. of
Chicago, and includes funding for the student to spend ~1 month/year at
Univ. of Chicago, in Dan Hooper's group.

Deadline is on May 3rd, although later applications may be considered until
the position is filled. The student is supposed to start in the fall
(typically Oct 1st, but there is some flexibility in that respect).
