Agregaría solamente, que si queremos saber que pasará con la C y T en
Argentina si gana Macri, podemos ver lo que se hace en CABA. El
presupuesto que la ciudad debe destinar a C y T, por ley es del 1%. Sin
embargo en los últimos años sólo ha destinado 1000 veces menos de lo que
debía. Creo que este es también un buen ejemplo de lo que podemos esperar.
Lo mismo ocurre en educación, donde también se subejecuta el presupuesto
hace varios años.
