cumplen 40 a&ntilde;os del golpe de Estado que embisti&oacute; sobre el
pueblo trabajador y la organizaci&oacute;n popular de los &aacute;lgidos
a&ntilde;os '70. Aquel golpe fue parte de un proceso de
recomposici&oacute;n de la hegemon&iacute;a de la clase dirigente, que
implic&oacute; un proyecto econ&oacute;mico y social dirigido a exterminar
a la clase trabajadora y a desarmarla en t&eacute;rminos te&oacute;ricos y
pr&aacute;cticos, dejando en nuestra historia de resistencia un
vac&iacute;o que es necesario mantener lleno de memoria. El 24 de marzo
es, por eso, una fecha para recordar y reivindicar a lxs compa&ntilde;erxs
ca&iacute;dos en lucha, a lxs desaparecidxs y a su compromiso con la
construcci&oacute;n de un mundo radicalmente distinto.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 24px; outline: none; padding: 0px; border: 0px;

font-family: inherit; vertical-align: baseline;">Luego del 2001,
a&ntilde;o bisagra en la historia argentina reciente, el activismo social
que comenz&oacute; a gestarse durante los '90 fue coagulando en distintas
organizaciones, superando las construcciones de la d&eacute;cada anterior.
Surgi&oacute; entonces toda una nueva generaci&oacute;n militante,
hu&eacute;rfana de referentes de carne y hueso, pero que recuper&oacute;
gran parte del legado de los '70.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 24px; outline: none; padding: 0px; border: 0px;
font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit;
font-stretch: inherit; font-size: inherit; line-height: inherit;
font-family: inherit; vertical-align: baseline;">La lucha por los derechos
humanos de ayer y hoy fue una marca de esta &eacute;poca, y la lucha
popular logr&oacute; m&uacute;ltiples avances en ese sentido: los juicios
a varios genocidas, la recuperaci&oacute;n de centros clandestinos como
espacios para la memoria, la recuperaci&oacute;n de muchxs nietxs, y, en
general, la construcci&oacute;n de una cultura popular a favor de los
derechos humanos y por la recuperaci&oacute;n de la memoria. La
construcci&oacute;n del 24 de marzo como la movilizaci&oacute;n m&aacute;s
importante de los sectores populares fue uno de los grandes triunfos que
tuvimos como generaci&oacute;n.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 24px; outline: none; padding: 0px; border: 0px;

font-stretch: inherit; font-size: inherit; line-height: inherit;
font-family: inherit; vertical-align: baseline;">Sin embargo,
tambi&eacute;n tenemos claro que la reivindicaci&oacute;n del 24 de marzo
es un terreno de disputa. Nos enfrentamos con los sectores conservadores
de la sociedad, que intentan imponer la &quot;Teor&iacute;a de los dos
demonios&quot;,&nbsp; igualando la acci&oacute;n de las organizaciones
armadas con la represi&oacute;n estatal, justificando as&iacute; el
terrorismo de Estado. Tambi&eacute;n entendemos que la memoria sobre el
golpe de Estado no puede reducirse a la dicotom&iacute;a
&quot;democracia/dictadura&quot;, y subrayamos que el 24 de marzo de 1976
se puso en marcha un plan de exterminio de la clase trabajadora que
cre&iacute;a y se organizaba por una transformaci&oacute;n radical de la
sociedad capitalista.</p>

logrados, a lo largo de estos 33 a&ntilde;os de democracia
existieron&nbsp;profundas diferencias en el campo popular sobre
c&oacute;mo reivindicar la memoria de aquellos a&ntilde;os, y c&oacute;mo
pararse frente a las injusticias del presente. Profundas diferencias que
en la &uacute;ltima d&eacute;cada impidieron una marcha unitaria para el
24 de Marzo:&nbsp; los miles de casos de gatillo f&aacute;cil, las
torturas en comisar&iacute;as, las desapariciones en democracia, como
Luciano Arruga, Jorge Julio L&oacute;pez, Marita Ver&oacute;n y todas las
mujeres desaparecidas por las redes de trata en connivencia con el Estado,
el asesinato de Mariano Ferreyra por parte de la burocracia sindical, la
sanci&oacute;n de leyes represivas como la Ley Antiterrorista, la
designaci&oacute;n de Cesar Milani como Jefe del
Ej&eacute;rcito&hellip;</p>

redime en un presente y porque todo presente remite a un pasado, para
nosotrxs lxs compa&ntilde;erxs desaparecidxs son ejemplo de lucha y
convicci&oacute;n en la construcci&oacute;n de una sociedad nueva. Y
recordarlxs en las calles es lo que hicimos durante estos a&ntilde;os:
luchar por su memoria siguiendo su ejemplo, su voluntad revolucionaria.
Como sujetos y sujetas hist&oacute;ricas, sabemos que nunca empezamos de
cero, y que hoy nuestra tarea es recrear, en nuestro propio tiempo, los
ideales por los que luchaban nuestrxs compa&ntilde;erxs ca&iacute;dxs.</p>

marzo nos encuentra ante una nueva coyuntura, donde la derecha avanza
sobre los sectores populares, material e ideol&oacute;gicamente.
Recientemente fue aprobado el &quot;Protocolo Antipiquetes&quot;, con el
que Mauricio Macri intenta dar legitimidad social y legal al
recrudecimiento de la represi&oacute;n sobre la organizaci&oacute;n
popular, que fue en aumento los &uacute;ltimos a&ntilde;os del gobierno
anterior y la nueva gesti&oacute;n se propone profundizar, en un contexto
de duro ajuste que el Gobierno Nacional y los gobiernos provinciales
descargan sobre la clase trabajadora. La Ley Antiterrorista, promulgada
por el kirchnerismo, forma parte tambi&eacute;n del acervo legal con que
el gobierno desarrollar&aacute; esta ofensiva contra la militancia y la
organizaci&oacute;n popular (lo que recuerda a la ley CONINTES aprobada
por Per&oacute;n y aplicada por Frondizi contra la militancia
peronista).</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 24px; outline: none; padding: 0px; border: 0px;

de los Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, es otro indicio de esta avanzada de
la derecha y el imperialismo en Am&eacute;rica Latina, el mismo que
durante los '70 fue c&oacute;mplice e impulsor de las dictaduras militares
en nuestro continente mediante el Plan C&oacute;ndor, en el marco de una
avanzada neoliberal.</p>

La Brecha convocamos a todos los sectores que se identifiquen como parte
del campo popular, a todas las organizaciones que defienden la lucha por
los DDHH, a marchar este 24 de marzo golpeando como un s&oacute;lo
pu&ntilde;o, bajo el programa impulsado por el Encuentro Memoria Verdad y
Justicia, que recoge 20 a&ntilde;os de unidad y compromiso en la lucha por
los DD.HH. de ayer y de hoy, gobierne quien gobierne.</p>

lado, ocupada en las internas del PJ y su proyecto de retorno
institucional, que se anteponen a la perspectiva de unidad con las
banderas y reivindicaciones democr&aacute;ticas del Encuentro Memoria
Verdad y Justicia. Sabiendo que entre lxs simpatizantes del kirchnerismo
hay una amplia base social que lucha genuinamente por los derechos humanos
y contra la derecha, llamamos a marchar de conjunto con el EMVyJ, a 40
a&ntilde;os del golpe y a meses de cumplirse los 10 a&ntilde;os de la
segunda desaparici&oacute;n de Julio L&oacute;pez.</p>
