<div dir="ltr">Hola a todos y todas,<div><br></div><div>Hace un tiempo vengo siguiendo con mucha preocupación el tema de la paritaria de docentes universitarios. Creo que sería importante reunirnos como docentes del departamento para debatir este tema y ver que podemos hacer. En particular, propongo que nos juntemos mañana Martes a las 13hs en el Bar. <span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">Están invitados a participar </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">estudiantes y graduados con cargo docente, como así también profesores y </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">becarios UBACyT [1].</span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><br></span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">Para quienes estén menos al tanto, la paritaria de docentes universitarios</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">estaba cerrada hasta julio. Hace dos semanas se convocó a paro desde las</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">tres federaciones nacionales más importantes (CONADU Histórica, CONADU y </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">FEDUN), algo que no ocurría hace muchos años. Después de eso se logró que </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">el ministerio de educación haga una oferta salarial, pero fue MUY mala. Un </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">15% de aumento desde el 1ro de mayo (a cobrar en junio) y un 10% no </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">acumulativo a partir del 1ro de agosto (a cobrar en septiembre). Todos los </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">sindicatos docentes universitarios rechazaron la propuesta.</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">Esta semana se están convocando a nuevas medidas para reclamar un mayor </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">aumento salarial. Por eso proponemos juntarnos los y las docentes del DF, </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">para informarnos entre nosotros de la situación y para ver si podemos tomar </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">acciones de forma conjunta sobre este reclamo.</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">Saludos,</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">Ezequiel</span><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><br style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">[1] Esta paritaria también afecta a quienes tengan Beca UBACyT de </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">doctorado, ya que el estipendio está atado al sueldo de un JTP exclusiva. </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">No afecta al estipendio de las Becas CONICET ya que suelen aumentarse según </span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px">la paritaria de estatales.</span><span style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:13px;line-height:19.5px"><br></span></div></div>
