generan energía eléctrica a partir de la energía solar, pudiendo tener
aplicaciones terrestres o espaciales. </span><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"" lang="ES">Ejemplo
de este tipo de dispositivos son los basados en Si cristalino y los basados en
semiconductores de las columnas III y V de la tabla periódica. El tema de
trabajo se refiere al diseño, elaboración, caracterización y modelización
numérica de celdas solares III-V. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"" lang="ES">El trabajo propuesto consiste en las
siguientes actividades:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"" lang="ES">- El estudio de los parámetros
eléctricos de la curva corriente-tensión.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"" lang="ES">- El estudio de los defectos y su
simulación producidos por el daño por radiación con protones </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"" lang="ES">- La implementación de capas
antirreflectantes dieléctricas y nanoestructuradas.</span></p>
