[Todos] 11 de febrero Dia Internacional de la Mujer y la Ninia en la Ciencia

Hola a todos
El proximo sabado es el Dia Internacional de la Mujer y la Ninia en la
Ciencia por declaracion de las naciones unidas (ver
http://womeninscienceday.org/).
Entre otras cosas, desde distintos grupos estamos tratando de hacer
alguna movida via redes sociales.
Una de ellas es reemplazar la foto de perfil de cada mujer cientifica
por una imagen comun (hemos acordado el logo oficial del dia que fue
diseniado por un irani y que yo adapte para que fuera mas adecuado
para perfil. Se lo pase a Andrea que espero lo pongo en algun lugar en
la pagina del depto para bajarlo). La otra es usar hashtags comunes,
en ingles la OWSD propone #IAmAWomanInScience que yo sugiero traducir
como #SoyCientifica para que sea mas corto. Despues, estaria muy bueno
que quienes quieran suban fotos en sus lugares de trabajo, etc. Va a
haber una foto colectiva del depto sobre la que informara proximamente
Andrea.

for the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science on the 11th
of February 2017, we wish to gather photos of all women scientists
affiliated with OWSD.

Please send a photo of yourself along with your full name and job
tile, affiliation and nationality as well as current activity and
country of residence.  All emails should be directed to owsd en owsd.net.
Please reply at your earliest convenience, ideally by 9th of February
2017.

With regards to the photo it should preferably show you 'in action' at
work e.g. in your lab, giving a presentation, teaching, researching,
etc. If possible, please hold up the attached #IAmAWomanInScience sign
so that it is visible in the photo.

We, here at OWSD, very much look forward to receiving your photos and
showing the world how many impressive women scientists are doing
invaluable work all around the world. In the words of  Ms Irina
Bokova, Director-General of UNESCO "This International Day for Women
and Girls in Science is an opportunity for all to take a stand for
girls and women in science"
